Did you know that there are fun ways to take herbs? Why not enjoy what we take!? Of course, this won't work for all capsules since a lot of them are pretty bad tasting but for some, like SinusClear®, this works perfect!

SinusClear Immune Mocktail

2 caps of SinusClear®

3 oz water

1-2 tsp honey

2 oz pineapple juice

1/2 tbsp grated ginger

juice of ½ lemon

Ice

 

Boil water, remove from heat and add to a large cup. Open two capsules of SinusClear and add to the water. Add honey and stir to mix. Let cool slightly and add in juices and ginger. Add to shaker bottle with lid, shake to mix and get cold. Pour out into a cup garnish with a slice of lemon.
