- Chew your food more (30-40 times each bite)

- Go on walks 30 minutes after you eat
- Find out what your trigger foods are (nuts, dairy, gluten, etc).
- Drink peppermint & ginger tea
- Try to reduce stress
- Avoid alcohol, greasy/fried foods, and spicy foods
- Fasting – No eating and/or juice/smoothie/broth fast
Supplements to Consider:
- Take enzymes before you eat
- Probiotics on an empty stomach
- Aloe vera
- Turmeric
- Activated charcoal
- L-Glutamine
