Supported Body Systems

DreamOn® Zen supports the nervous and endocrine body systems, helping you feel calm and balanced so you can fall asleep and stay asleep. Wake up feeling happy and refreshed!

Suggested Use

Suggested use is based on an average adult weight of 150 lbs (68 kg). Dose can be adjusted for individual needs and based on weight.
Adults and children 12+: take 2 capsules 30 minutes before bed. For more advanced use, up to 6 capsules can be taken, if desired.
Children ages 5-12: take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bed.
Pregnant and nursing women, and children under 5: consult a medical practitioner.

What to Expect

Restfulness should follow within 30-60 minutes after taking DreamOn® Zen. Can be taken with or without food.
Some people report vivid dreams the first few nights of taking this product, which may be attributed to the valerian root. Whether you enjoy the bright, memorable dreams or would rather pass on them, the effect fades after a few days of use as your body adjusts.

Will DreamOn™ Zen make me groggy in the morning?

No, DreamOn Zen does not cause grogginess or unnaturally deep sleep. DreamOn is designed to help the body achieve a normal, relaxed state. It should not prevent you from waking if a child were to cry and need you. You should wake feeling refreshed and in a positive state of mind.

Does DreamOn™ Zen cause a dependency like melatonin?

No, DreamOn Zen does not act like melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone produced by the body. Supplementing with melatonin may decrease the body’s own natural production of melatonin creating further sleep issues and dependency on melatonin supplementation. Instead DreamOn Zen uses herbs that promote relaxation and deep sleep so natural hormone production remains uninterrupted. This non-habit-forming herbal formula is designed to not only promote sleep but also encourage a good mood in the morning.

Can I drive after taking DreamOn™ Zen?

No, it is not recommended to drive while taking this product. While it does not contain sedatives, it does help the body reach a more relaxed state in which driving would not be a good idea.

How should I take DreamOn™ Zen to best support my sleep hygiene?

The best way to take DreamOn Zen is to make it a part of your sleep hygiene routine. Take DreamOn Zen 30 minutes before bed, then do a light night time ritual that eases your body into sleep. Brushing teeth/skin care, reading a book, soft yoga, or a self-care massage! Keep the screens away and allow DreamOn Zen to ofter its sleep support.

Will DreamOn™ Zen cause me to have vivid dreams?

Yes, it can have that effect on some people. Specifically, Valerian is known to cause very vivid, lifelike and colorful dreams for some individuals. These dreams can seem very intense and are disturbing for some, while others find them entertaining and/or inspirational. These dreams are not harmful and usually subside within 2-5 days of use. Sleepwalking or hallucinations are NOT side-effects of this product. If these conditions occur, consult a physician.

What is the Prop65 warning? Is this supplement safe to take if it can expose me to lead?

Proposition 65 is a California-only law requiring notifications on any product or area that can cause chemical exposure. The law is so strict this includes parking garages, Trader Joe’s, organic carrots, and Disneyland. Basically, anything that exists in modern society is labeled in California, and many companies (like ourselves) preemptively use the label to avoid litigation.

Every lot of our product is tested for heavy metals, bacteria, etc., and consistently come back in compliance with the standards established in Prop65.
