  1. It is recommended you take a full bottle of our products before determining whether they are effective for you. Products such as Hair ReVive and EssentialEyes usually take two bottles, taken consistently, to see results. We guarantee our products only if you have taken two bottles over two months. If after that time you are unsatisfied we will happily refund you your money. 
  2. Customers who purchased their products directly from us enjoy an easy returns process. Simply call us at toll free at 1-800-242-4649 or email info@rcherbals.com to start the return process. We do not refund shipping. 
  3. Products purchased through retailers can be returned to the retailer for a full, guaranteed refund. Please contact us if your retailer has questions or gives you any trouble. Be aware, some online retailers do not honor our returns policy and/or are not authorized to sell our products. Be sure you know and trust your supplier, as we cannot guarantee returns purchased from unauthorized sellers.
