We’re a small, family-owned business, and we truly appreciate your support. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed on holidays) to answer any questions about your order.
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, and tracking information will be emailed as soon as your package is on the way. Once an order leaves our office, we are unable to make changes or control how the carrier handles delivery, but we’ll always do our best to help if issues arise. Thank you for shopping with us. NOTICE (05/26/2026): Shipping Cost Change. Like many businesses, we've been facing a significant rise in carrier and fulfillment costs over the past year. Rather than raise our product prices across the board, we made the decision to introduce a small $5 shipping fee for orders under $49. We truly believe this is the fairest approach, and we remain committed to delivering the same quality and service you expect from us.

The good news: subscription orders and orders of $49 or more still ship free!

Customer Shipping

A $5.00 flat rate shipping fee applies to all customer orders under $49.00 (for example, $48.99 includes a shipping charge). Orders of $49.00 or more ship free. The $49.00 order total must be reached after discounts have been applied and before tax and shipping fees are added.

Subscription shipments are free.

Shipments consisting only of free samples or materials (no purchased product) will incur the $5 shipping fee.

Digital orders have no shipping fee.

U.S. Only. We do NOT ship outside the United States (not even to Canada). If you live outside the US, we recommend you contact one of our resellers that ship internationally.

We ship all products ordered typically within 1-2 business days. Products are usually shipped First Class mail via USPS from Salt Lake City, Utah, and should be received within 7-10 business days. For shipping inquiries, please reach out to our customer service team.

FedEx 2-Day $15: 2nd business day delivery by 4:30 pm to most areas and 8 pm to residences.

FedEx Priority Overnight $25: Next Business Day delivery by 10:30 am to most areas. By 5 pm to some rural areas.

HI USPS Priority $15:Shipping in 1–3 Business Days
HI USPS Priority Express $45: Next day to 2-day delivery by 6 pm

Retail & Wholesale Shipping

Free shipping is provided for all retail orders. Shipments that consist only of free samples or materials (no purchased product) will NOT incur any shipping or handling fee.

Distributor Shipping

Free shipping is provided for all distributor orders totaling over $200. Shipments that consist only of free samples or materials (no purchased product) will NOT incur any shipping or handling fee.

How long will it take to get my order?

Shipping times depend on your location. For domestic U.S. addresses, our standard shipping is 3-5 business days, though it may take up to 7 business days during seasonal or high-volume periods.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all subscription orders and orders that total over $49.00.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not currently ship internationally.

My package says it was delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend the following steps:

1. Check nearby: Look around your property or check with neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong address.
2. Contact your carrier: Reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number for more details about the delivery.
3. Wait 24 hours: Sometimes packages are marked as delivered a day early by mistake.
4. Reach out to us: If you still can’t locate your package after these steps, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

Why is my order delayed?

There are a few reasons why your order might be delayed:

High Volume Periods: During busy seasons or promotional events, processing and shipping times can take longer than usual.

Shipping Carrier Delays: Weather, staffing shortages, or other unforeseen issues may cause delays with the carrier.

Address Issues: Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses can lead to processing delays.

Inventory Availability: Occasionally, a product may temporarily go out of stock, causing a delay in shipment.

Why hasn't my tracking information updated?

Tracking information may not update for several reasons:

Carrier Delays: Shipping carriers may experience delays in scanning or updating tracking information, especially during high-volume periods.

In-Transit Status: Your package might still be moving between facilities or on its way to the next hub without being scanned.

Timing Issues: It can take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to show updates after a label is created.

Lost Updates: Occasionally, scans are missed, but the package is still en route.
