☀️ Sippin’ Sunshine the Herbal Way: How to Make Herbal Sun Tea

There’s something magical about letting nature do the brewing.

Herbal sun tea is simple to make, refreshing, and brimming with the gentle power of plants. Instead of heating water on the stove, you let the sun infuse your herbs slowly and naturally, the result is a smooth, vibrant drink that feels like summer in a glass.

Whether you’re lounging on the porch, heading to a picnic, or just looking for a more joyful way to hydrate, sun tea is the perfect plant-powered summer tradition.

Here’s how to do it, plus some of our favorite herbs and creative additions!

🌿 What Is Herbal Sun Tea?

Sun tea is made by steeping herbs in cold water under the warmth of the sun. The solar infusion process gently coaxes out flavor and beneficial plant compounds without boiling or bitterness.

Unlike traditional hot tea, sun tea has a lighter taste and a mellow sweetness, perfect for sipping throughout the day.
