Managing Multiple Accounts If you have more than one account with us, please check all associated email addresses when canceling or updating subscriptions to ensure you have not set up subscriptions under multiple accounts. Each subscription is tied to a specific email account, so reviewing every possible account ensures no active subscriptions are missed. This helps avoid duplicate charges or unexpected orders. We recommend only using one account to set up subscriptions.
Once an order begins processing, we cannot modify, cancel, or provide a refund for it. Thank you for your understanding.
