Supplies:
Run Warm water.
Add 2 cups of Epsom salt
Add a sprinkle of baking soda
add a sprinkle of ginger
add relaxing/rejuvenating essential oils of your choice
Directions:
Light some candles and turn on some relaxing music
Sit in water for 40 minutes to get full benefits. Reheat water as necessary. The ginger may make you feel a little cold despite the warm water.
Stand up slowly and drink plenty of water afterward.
