My name is Allison and I love the outdoors. I live in a beautiful place with access to many outdoor activities. I am passionate about helping animals and love to talk with people and help them on their wellness journey.

I gain inspiration from many things. Watching others and seeing how they navigate experiences, nature and my work with the local animal shelters.

Favorite Herb & Why?

Lavender and Ashwagandha. Lavender is amazing! From its fragrance to all of the wonderful healing properties it contains. Used topically for wound healing and headaches and the aromatherapy value for relaxation. Love it! Ashwagandha is another favorite of mine. I use this for its calming effects to help with what comes to us in daily life!
