Did SereniZen® used to be called something else?

Yes! SereniZen was formerly Anxiety Free™, which supports feelings of calm and helps to manage the stress response. Due to FDA regulations regarding medical conditions, the name of the product was changed, but not the formula!

Will SereniZen® make me tired?

No, our formula does not contain sedatives or other ingredients that cause drowsiness, although it does contain herbs that support feelings of calm. If you're looking for sleep support, our DreamOn™ Zen is a melatonin-free, natural sleep formula which supports a happy next-morning mood.

Is SereniZen® habit forming?

No, SereniZen cannot cause dependence.

The AdrenaLove® and SereniZen® have similar ingredients, which one is best for me?

We often tell people a basic rule of thumb is to look at how you react to stressful situations which may cause emotional overwhelm. If your reaction is to cry, you could benefit from our SereniZen. If your reaction is to get angry, you will want to look into the AdrenaLove formula. It is safe to take both together, but most people find one helps more than the other for their specific physiology.

Do SereniZen® and SereniZen® Gummies have the same ingredients?

They do have a few herbs in common, but SereniZen capsules and SereniZen Gummies have a few important differences. The capsules have a B Vitamin complex for nutritional and emotional support.
Meanwhile, the gummies contain GABA, which supports a calm mind. If you are already taking a B-vitamin complex, the gummies may be a better fit, as too many B-vitamins can cause flushing (typically a result of niacin or niacinamide). We recommend trying both to see which product suits you best.

What is the Prop65 warning? Is this supplement safe to take if it can expose me to lead?

Proposition 65 is a California-only law requiring notifications on any product or area that can cause chemical exposure. The law is so strict this includes parking garages, Trader Joe’s, organic carrots, and Disneyland. Basically, anything that exists in modern society is labeled in California, and many companies (like ourselves) preemptively use the label to avoid litigation.

Every lot of our product is tested for heavy metals, bacteria, etc., and consistently come back in compliance with the standards established in Prop65. We are happy to provide this heavy metal testing for any of our products to show they meet Prop65 and Federal standards if you are concerned. Call our customer service line for assistance.
