Is the RidgeCrest Herbals Almanac free?
Great question! The Almanac is available as a free ebook on our website, and you can also view the browser edition for free directly on the webpage. If you'd like a physical copy, those are available for $9.99.
We're working to reduce our eco-footprint as part of our commitment to our B Corp certification. One way we're doing this is by limiting the number of printed Almanac copies and encouraging customers to use our free digital options instead.
How long will it take to get my order?
Digital: Once you complete checkout, the digital ebook will be sent to your inbox. It may take a couple of hours to arrive, depending on a few factors like email server delays. If you don’t see it within that time, be sure to check your spam or junk folder, and feel free to reach out if it doesn’t arrive at all.
Physical: Shipping times can vary depending on your location. Typically, we process and ship orders within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. After that, delivery usually takes between one to five business days, depending on your shipping address.
What’s the difference between the ebook and browser edition?
Great question! The ebook version of the Almanac is formatted for e-readers, so you can download it to your device and read it anytime. After checking out on our online store, the ebook is sent straight to your email. The browser edition, on the other hand, is available to view directly on our website from each Almanac product page, but it can't be downloaded. Both versions are completely free!
How can I access and use the ebook file?
To use the ebook file, simply download it from the link provided in your confirmation email after checkout. Once downloaded, you can open it on your preferred e-reader, tablet, or computer. The ebook is compatible with most devices that support .epub formatting.
