A Fresh Look Is Coming to RidgeCrest Labels
If you’ve been purchasing RidgeCrest Herbals products for a while, you may start noticing some changes to our labels. Our formulas aren’t changing, but our labels are getting a fresh new look and updated information.
We’re beginning this transition with Blood Sugar Balance™, with more RidgeCrest products following as their current label inventory runs out.
Why Are Our Labels Changing?
Dietary supplement labeling requirements can change over time, and manufacturers may also update how they represent ingredients and other information on a label. To keep our products current, we’re updating our labels to meet the current requirements while making them cleaner and easier to read.
You may notice changes such as:
- Updated RidgeCrest Herbals logo and label design
- Simplified front-label messaging
- Updated ingredient names or descriptions
- Changes to ingredient placement or order
- Updated Suggested Use and Other Ingredients information
- Updated manufacturing and packaging information
These label updates do not mean the formula has changed. In some cases, an ingredient may simply be listed under a different name or presented differently on the new label.
Why Won’t All the New Labels Arrive at Once?
Changing hundreds of product labels takes time! We first need to use the labels we currently have, then produce the next batch with the updated labels. As a result, you may see both old and new labels in circulation during the transition.
Our faster-moving products will naturally make the switch sooner, while some of our slower-moving products may take longer to receive their new labels.

Are RidgeCrest Herbals formulas changing?
Label updates do not necessarily mean a formula has changed. Most of our formulas will remain the same, even when you see a new label. If a product does receive a formula update, we will clearly communicate that it is a new or updated formula so you know exactly what has changed.
Why are RidgeCrest labels changing?
We are updating our labels to meet current dietary supplement labeling requirements and to provide cleaner, more up-to-date product information.
Will the ingredients look different on the new label?
Some ingredient names, placement, or order may look different on the updated label. These changes can reflect current labeling requirements and do not necessarily mean an ingredient has been added or removed.

We are giving our labels an updated RidgeCrest look while also updating how certain information is presented. During the transition, you may see both the old and new label designs.
When will all RidgeCrest products have the new labels?
The transition will happen gradually. We need to use our existing label inventory before ordering updated labels for each product. Faster-moving products will transition sooner, while slower-moving products may take longer.
Can I still use a product with the old label?
Yes. Both the old and new labels may be in circulation during the transition. The label design may be different, but the formula remains the same.
