Golden Milk for Rest and Relaxation
Warm, comforting, and full of flavor, Golden Milk is a favorite relaxation tea for many. Traditionally made with spices like turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger, this cozy beverage can help create a sense of calm, encourage mindfulness, and provide a soothing way to unwind at the end of a busy day.
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

- pinch of black pepper, to liking
- optional: dried ginger pieces
