Herbal sun tea is fun to make and the flavor combinations are pretty much endless!
Ingredients:
- For every 1 liter of water use:
~2 bags of tea
~or 1 cup fresh herbs - Sweetener of choice, to taste
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a glass jar or pitcher
- Place in direct sunlight for 2-4 hours.
- Add sweetener to taste such as honey or simple
syrup.

- Mint
- Hibiscus
- Lemon Balm
- Ginger
- Rose
- Chamomile
- Lavender
- Rose Hips
- Red Clover
- Raspberry Leaf
- Black, green, or white tea
- Rosemary
- Peppermint
Additions-
- Berries
- Limes
- Lemons
- Oranges
- Citrus Peels
- Candied Ginger
- Cherries
