GABA

L-Theanine

L-Theanine is an amino acid that is known for its calming and relaxing effects on the mind and body. It is found primarily in green and black tea and some mushrooms.

Chamomile

Chamomile contains apigenin, a chemical that binds to GABA receptors in the brain which support a calm central nervous system (CNS), helping you maintain a relaxed state of the mind and body. Chemical constituents found in Chamomile have very mild sedative properties that can promote a feeling of well-being and relaxation, encouraging more restful sleep at night, even when taken during the day.
